A discounted rate is available for all wedding bookings. A minimum of 15 room nights must be guaranteed if the function is held at the resort. There is a daily service charge of $4.00 per person, per day, plus tax for each room booked.

Our daily banquet room rental is $1,000.00 plus tax, per room. The room rental is non-negotiable. The banquet room will be confirmed based on the size of the wedding.

A $1,000.00 deposit is required at time of booking and an additional deposit (50% of total function cost - room, meals & beverages) is required at 90 days prior to arrival. The balance is due upon departure.

All prices are subject to change, and will be confirmed 60 days prior to the event. A 15% gratuity will be added to all food & beverage services.

A guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed 72 hours in advance of the event. Charges will be applied to the guaranteed number, or the actual number served, whichever is greater.

If the wedding ceremony is schedule before 6:00 pm, it is strongly suggested that the immediate wedding party be registered in the hotel the eve of the wedding. We will not guarantee occupancy of a room prior to 5:00 pm.

Hotel policy prohibits guest from consuming their own wine and/or liquor in a function room. Banff Rocky Mountain Resort will be the supplier of all food & beverage items (with the exception of the wedding cake). A bartender is provided for a cash and host bar. A charge of $20.00 per hour will be applied for a minimum of 3 hours if consumption is less than $500.00.

Policy permits the service of alcoholic beverages until 12:00 midnight. The function room must be cleared by 12:30 am.

If the function is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the function date, the $1,000.00 deposit is refundable. Should the cancellation occur within 60 days of the scheduled function date, the $1,000.00 deposit is non-refundable. Should the cancellation occur within the 30 days of the scheduled function date, all deposits, including any Food & Beverage deposit, are completely non-refundable.

If only a block of guest rooms is booked, the deposit policy as follows: $1,000.00 is due at time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival.

The resort is not responsible for damages to or loss of any article left in the hotel, prior to, during, or following any function, by the customer or their guests.

Should damages occur in a function room or guest room due to the negligence of members of the wedding group, an assessment for damages will be added to the final bill upon departure.
